Moab Trip - Day #2

Waking up in the light of day, we were able to take in the sights.... our decisions in the pitch black of night. At 11pm, after being on a bike for hours and hours.... we just wanted a shower and a bed.

The Shag Carpet and the fresh sheets in the Single-wide Trailer House, Motel.... were a welcome site. We just wanted a bed to fall in too, after a hot shower. We all agreed that it was the best $85 we had spent in years and years.

Karen owns the Motel, RV Park and the 141 Diner. She serves up an awesome breakfast. Bryce loved the HUGE bisquits and sausage gravy.

Then we headed out.... for the ride from Gateway to Moab. The sights were amazing and the riding was easy.... thank God, after the Sheep Creek descent.

Arriving in Moab, we were ready for a late lunch.... about 2pm.

Matt and Mark found us and led us out to the campsite.
